Abstract :
An approach for emergency service nodes location problem based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed. An optional model of the least emergency service nodes allocation by a deadline line is established, which is much more suitable for the actual emergency service nodes location. The genetic algorithm designed for location model is improved by the genetic seeds, which produce the original population and filial generation population. The example was given showing the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
