Numerical Analysis and Comparison on Stress between Male and Female Academic Faculty in Chinese Universities

The primary objective is to verify the sex gap between male and female facultypsilas stress by numerical analysis. We used self-made questionnaire on source of stress to collect data. By descriptive statistics, chi-square test and numerical analysis, the results indicate that both male and female faculty are experiencing stress slightly strong and female faculty experience less stress than their male counterparts, but male faculty report higher shares strong and slightly strong ability to cope with the stress than female faculty.
