Abstract
A new method for power system environmental parameter monitoring data acquisition system has been proposed through ADSL protocol using single chip TCP/IP protocol stack. TCP/IP protocol can be realized conveniently, reliably and low costly by the method relative to other projects. The paper gives two methods ADSL and Ethernet. One is data communication can be implemented by Ethernet, or ADSL modem through router; the other is MCU can link to ADSL modem and Internet by PPPoE directly. The practice manifests that the system has high reliability and it is fit for data collection of power system parameter detection and many other conditions
