Abstract :
This paper presented a novel network model for dynamic stray capacitance calculation of planar inductor with matrix structure, of which the nanocrystal magnetic material was used to consist of its magnetic core. The magnetic core was taken into account to be one part of this dynamic capacitance network model in high frequency, and its electric potential was considered to be suspended. To calculate the dynamic stray capacitance accurately, the 3D FEM model was adopted, and the parameters for dynamic stray capacitance was obtained. By circuit simulation, the impedance feature of planar inductor was discussed. The test results by impedance analyzer verified the dynamic capacitance network model.
