Abstract :
The enhancement of environmental uncertainty and decision-making increasingly complex task of how to create complex systems for program management decision-making is today an important research topic. The article DΓXY motto for the selection of case study, put forward a proposal to create a decision-making mechanism model, in order to provide reference for decision making on complex issues.
