Comparisons and Analyses on Technical Economy of Transmission Solutions from Power Base towards Load Center

Along with the fast growth of power demand, power bases´ constructions also progress at fast pace. Based on real projects, this paper calculates, analyzes and compares two power bases´ transmission solutions in the areas of external construction conditions, generation price, retail price and power transmission approaches, etc. Then it points out respective advantages of these two bases in the areas of external resource condition, electric technology level and pricing, etc. All the findings and conclusions mentioned in this paper can be treated as solid foundations for decision maker when they need to make decisions in projects of constructing power bases
