Abstract :
A concept for a short-wave radio transmission system in the HF band to be embedded into various software simulation packages is presented. This allows to transmit signals over a real HF channel from within a simulation tool. The transmitter and receiver stations are accessed remotely by registered users via the Internet. Automatic synchronisation routines are available on the user´s request to correct oscillator deviations between transmitter and receiver, and to provide time synchronisation
