  • Abstract
    A new family of transitional filters is proposed. The poles of the transfer function are located on a circle corresponding to the pole-frequency and are judiciously perturbed from those obtained for Butterworth filters. It is shown that an infinite number of such filters can exist. Some typical responses are given
