Abstract
Branched cable circuits and long cables cannot be accurately tested using reflectometry. Therefore, a multi-ended, GPS synchronized measuring system has been developed. This new method is now being introduced to US Utilities to diagnose cables up to 25000 feet in length, and branched cable circuits containing PILC, extruded cables or a combination of both types
