  • Abstract
    Photodiode sensors are widely used recently. The article first introduced the operating principle of the photodiode. Then, the Volt-Ampere characteristics of photodiode under certain conditions are computed and analyzed. And the variations of photoelectric conversion characteristics are revealed theoretically based on the assumption of constant voltage and constant current. The curve-formatting process of Volt-Ampere characteristics and its intrinsic association with the relevant factors are presented. The computing conclusions drawn from this paper cintributes to working out the working conditions of photodiode sensor and its output signal.
