The study and analysis of the pattern of cultivating talent of the software outsourcing based on the CDIO

Along with the rapid development of software outsourcing, the shortage of the professional and compound talent has become a crucial problem of the service outsourcing industry in China. This paper constructs a "pyramid" pattern of the software outsourcing for university. From three aspects of knowledge system, practical portion and teacher resources, the paper studies and analyses the major problems of cultivating talent of software outsourcing, then proposes measures by the corresponding, which borrows ideas of CDIO philosophy of engineering education and is based on the instructional theories.
