Research on the diversified investment and financing system of university science parks in China

This paper studies the deficiencies of diversified investment and financing system of university science parks in China. After analying the data from China Statistical Yearbook 2009 and other related references, this paper discloses some problems, such as the limited government function and low-utilization of social capital. To address these bottlenecks, the diversified investment and financing system should be established in accordance with the stage of development, the way of financing the enterprises in university science parks should be determined by balancing risks and benefits, and various resource allocating platforms should be constructed. The research will help university science parks in establishing the financing system.
