Abstract
This paper introduces the features and characteristics of a resource sharing platform for faculty development based on Web2.0 applications. The platform uses the tremendous aggregation features of Netvibes to add various Web2.0 tools for dynamic and up-to-date search of the research resources from home and abroad, and also embedded a Moodle system for more organizing and managing more static resources and standard programs. By putting both applications´ merits together this platform serves the purpose of research, teaching and training at the same time.
