  • Abstract
    The use of wireless communications has undergone a tremendous growth over the past years. The increasing of bearer service or channel capacity will challenge the operator to improve capability to handle large number of users. In order to facilitate a cost effective of deployment and commissioning for future network service, a number of network sharing concepts and alternatives have been proposed. Radio resource sharing are the ones of the solution which able to maintain the coverage of urban and suburban area in order to improve Quality of Service (QoS). By implement radio resources, it shortens the network deployment period and also reduces the operation costs. In this paper, we proposed a network sharing algorithm that able to allow resource sharing between different networks operator by implement the channel sharing under the same RAN. The network performance has been carried out based on this network sharing. The simulation results have shown the improvement of voice trunk efficiency in term of quality of service. Thus, it able to reduce cost in preparing the facilities in order to fulfill customer demands.
