Abstract
To improve the vibration and noise measurements of hypoid gear, the generation mechanism of gear noise is analyzed, one use of PCI multi-channel simultaneous acquisition card within FPGA interface to gear parametric measuring is proposed, and the intelligence and flexibility of the hardware is accomplished by way of MCU extended. Finally, the prototyped PCI board is designed and constructed, and the feasibility and practicality of platform are verified by vibration and noise experiments of one pair of coupled hypoid gears.
