Abstract
In this paper, we propose a policy-based flowmobility management scheme in Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) networks. The proposed mechanism allows a Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) to make decisions about moving selected IP flows based on information, such as user-information, network status, and service.
