  • Abstract
    The dividend problem is one of the principal problems in corporate governance. Taking a thorough and broad study on the dividend problem has important theory and practical value. In this paper the assets process of the corporation is assumed to be a stochastic process. Based on the introduction of controlled feedback process, a new idea in the dividend problem is given.
