Abstract :
Wireless technology for audio transmitting has many aspects of use. This paper describes one solution of a wireless audio system based on G.722 codec. One of a major problem in wireless technology is an electromagnetic interferences which can corrupt transmitted data. To protect against that problem, FEC (Forward Error Correction) technique was developed. One implementation of FEC is described in the paper. FEC is implemented using the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment. Validation of implemented solution was accomplished through the automated test framework that was developed for that purpose using the Python script language.
