Abstract :
This paper presents a cross interaction loss matrix to analyze interaction degree of bilateral transactions. At the same time cross interaction loss matrix is applied to analyze the characters of counter flow in this paper. Every element of cross interaction loss matrix is cross loss between two bilateral transactions. Interacting degree of bilateral transactions is quantitatively analyzed according to element of cross interaction loss matrix. Counter flow caused by bilateral transactions is qualitatively analyzed by means of element of cross interaction loss matrix. Based on the detailed analysis, the notion of apparent counter flow, quasi-counter flow and hidden counter flow is presented in this paper. Further judging criterion of these counter flows is also given in this paper. Two nodes test system and IEEE-57 bus test system are used to demonstrate the calculating process presented in this paper. Test results on above-mentioned two systems are presented in this paper. The introduction of cross interaction loss matrix provides a reference to loss allocation in a multiple-transaction framework
