  • Abstract
    In this paper the model of multi-infeed AC/DC system is given firstly and based on that practical parameters and analytic methods of static voltage stability are presented and discussed. The static voltage stability is analyzed from two aspects: one is from the whole point of view, the sensitivity analysis and margin analysis are given to evaluate the voltage ability of the whole system; the other is from the local point of view, the eigenvalue and the relatively electric distance (RED) are used to find the weak part of the whole system
