On the management and suggestions of the intellectual property rights in service outsourcing

Service outsourcing is becoming one of the important factors of the enterprises´ value chain, in which the existence of the intellectual property rights (IPR) should not be neglected. The problem of IPR has different layers, which is from government to enterprises. The government, whether Chinese Central Government or local government, is the first layer. They should stipulate a series of documents in order to protect the IPR created in the process of service outsourcing. The enterprises whose business is the service outsourcing should also have a perfect IPR strategy in a macroscopic dimension and take some initiative measures in resolving the potential IPR disputes.
