Abstract :
The polling and refresh of strategy table are the major segments of control decision mechanism in transient stability control system. As storing the off-line strategy tables in the internal storage, virtual strategy table base is presented in this article for managing quasi-real-time strategy tables through using internal and external storage together, and the storage of these tables in the base is allocated through the index chained list stored in the memory. Through specific election mechanism, dynamic adjusting is applied to quasi-real-time strategy tables in the base according to the actual situation of variable electrical power system operation method. This article introduces the realization of dispatch mechanism of virtual strategy table base, using C program language to program. In the last, rapidity and accuracy of this mechanism are testified through static experiment
