Abstract :
This article comprehensively using J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, MVC design patterns, Data mining technology etc, Established a multilayer distributed of E-government system, And using for reference the Winters model, Unitary linear regression, quadric exponential smoothing model of data were abstracted prediction, And in the J2EE platform using Java language to realization.
