Put Forward the Proposal that for improving our Country Farmer education need Establish Reasonable Moving Mechanism. Virtual Training Platform for Professional Farmer will be the Subject for Farmer Education. Community can Create a Fund or other Ways to Provide Farmer with Training, such Training can Service New Socialist Countryside Construction. From the function and principle analysis product, this platform has the functions of public cultural services. It is the New Model of Public Cultural Services.
