Abstract :
To read out the data in data acquisition system, a program designed for a universal flash reading system has been introduced in this paper. FPGA is used as a main controller to operate on the FLASH, and USB 2.0 interface chip Cy7C68013A is used to achieve communication between the system and the computer. As for invalid blocks in the NAND Flash produced by SAMSUNG, mis paper comes up with a detecting and processing method for invalid block, which proves to be available in large data acquisition system as well.
