Abstract :
In this paper, a new method for generation of microwave and mm-wave power is introduced which is based on combination of two or more active elements´ output (the fundamental frequency oscillators). The push-push design approach enables higher frequency operation, lower noise performance, and smaller size, which is attractive for microwave and mm-wave frequency source applications. This compact structure can be used in integrated circuits easily. Theory, analysing method and designing procedure of a push-push oscillator is discussed in this work.
