Abstract :
The article has analyzed the business model of traditional manufacturing Enterprises based on the value chain, pointed out that manufacturers were homology in the resources and elements markets, their own operations, products and services market with the market competition intensifies. Then, the paper proposed that innovations of business model is the source of their competitive advantage, at the same time, analyzed four paths of innovations of business model for manufacturing enterprises: the resources and elements use patterns, enterprise value activity patterns, customer value service patterns and business revenue patterns. At last, the paper constructed evolving mechanism of business model innovation.
