Abstract :
In this paper, pile-anchor support system of foundation pit is analyzed by ANSYS, which is the large scale general finite element analysis software. The stress and displacement of foundation pit and support system are available from ANSYS. On the basis of the finite element analysis results, traditional method is adopted to design and calculate the support system. Comparing the two results, the suitability of ANSYS in analyzing pile-anchor support of the foundation pit is testified. During the process of the analysis, according to the similarity of the soil condition, soil layers are simplified into two layers. The initial soil stress is simulated and introduced in the analysis, birth and death element is adopted to simulate the excavation of the foundation pit, the contact element is adopted to simulate the contact surface of the pile and soil, anchor and soil.
