Abstract :
Telecommunication network is one of the most important private communication network for electric power system. The services for power system carried on the telecommunication network are very different from the services carried on the public network. And it is the main task to guarantee the production and operation of power system as far as the telecommunication network for power system is concerned. So Controlling and reducing the service risks for power system and arranging the services scientifically are the most important task for the telecommunication department of power system. In this paper a method of service optimization of electric power optical communication network based on service risk balancing is carried out. The method considers the differences of electric power telecommunication services. According to their effects on the power system, each service is assigned a different value which is defined as the service importance degree. When we arrange a service then we will get the variance of service risk balancing of the whole network. The method combines the service important degree balancing degree of the whole network and the reliability of the service link together then we choose a route for a different telecommunication service. The method can assure the reliability of service route that we choose and can also arrange the services in a balanced mode which reduces the risk and effect of telecommunication services failure for power system. This method can be used in service optimization and new service arrangement for telecommunication network widely.
