Abstract
The practical characteristics of a current conveyor integrated circuit are presented. The chip incorporates a connection of Wilson current mirrors, an emitter degeneration compensation scheme to optimize the transient response and stability of these mirrors, and circuitry which provides an enhanced output impedance. It is fabricated on a complementary NPN-PNP bipolar IC process. The resulting improvements in accuracy, frequency bandwidth, transient response, output impedance, and distortion are described, and applications where this performance can be used to advantage are outlined
