Abstract
Stochastic technical processes often require a source for time characteristics that match real processes. Therefore, a simulator of arbitrary, randomized time characteristics for the assessment of control circuits is needed. "Rejection sampling" is a good method for the sufficiently exact creation of such random sequences.
