Abstract :
The problem of a scattering of plane elliptically polarized wave on the cylinder with the tensor of a surface impedance from a class of deviators, with the convex contour of a cross section is considered in high-frequency domain. The parameters of uniform impedance, which provides any beforehand given polarization of backscattered field, identical in case of all angles of incidence for any convex contour of the cylinder, are determined.
