Abstract
The academic circle has not yet formed mutual recognition on the concept of competitiveness, varying to the evaluation of enterprise competitiveness, and not yet formed the relatively complete evaluation system of competitiveness. Building evaluation indicator system for competitiveness of private enterprise will follow the principles of scientific, representative, commensurability and relative stability. The evaluation indicator for competitiveness may be divided into four big first-level targets, including the scale strength of private enterprise, the operational ability of private enterprise, the ability of society contribution and the external environment of private enterprise, each first-level target includes certain static states and the dynamic second-level indictors, which manifests separately the resources, ability and environment of these three essential factors of competitiveness. Building the appraisal indicator system of private enterprise competitiveness is helpful to advance the quantitative investigation of private enterprise competitiveness.
