Abstract :
The rapid development of IT has made a great impact on the development of EMOS. At the same time, the development of EMOS has required more of IT in technique and in turn accelerated its development. This paper reviews the development of the electricity market operation system (EMOS), introduces three kinds of software structure about EMOS, and analyses the features of these software structures. According to the characteristics of the EMOS, a software structure is recommended. Then, the paper analyses all kinds of technical implementation of the software structure and proposes two dominant technical implementations of the EMOS. It also discusses the principle of the EMOS based on the mid-ware and the J2EE platform. Finally, the paper analyzes and compares the two technical implementations and describes their prospect of application
