Abstract
The transient energy scheme (TES) presented in this paper is proposed for predicting system performances from the transient energy distribution modeling of the commutating process. The scheme is based on the concept of noise energy margin (NEM) and the evaluation of the transient radiation. An application example is presented to demonstrate the usage of the scheme for the layout of the control circuit in a power electronic system
