  • Abstract
    Through the analysis and measurements of power quality on distribution line of 10 kV and 0.38 kV, it was approved that harmonic voltage and harmonic current can be generated while the steelworks was running. Because of harmonic affect, the capacitive voltage-rise was taken place, the longer of the transmission line the higher of the capacitive voltage-rise, meanwhile, a lot of electric equipments were damaged
