  • Abstract
The PJM-MISO congestion management process (CMP) is a methodology developed by the two RTO´s in order to address congestion management. As market-based operating entities expand and implement their respective markets, one of the primary seams issues that must be resolved is how congestion management will be implemented in coordination with other areas that have similar markets and those that do not. PJM and MISO have addressed these issues in this process.
