Abstract
The paper presents a developed design and simulation software package of switched reluctance motor drives for Windows 9x in Chinese. The main interfaces such as the start interface, the 2-D finite element electromagnetic field calculation interface, and the power converter main circuit networks simulation interface are given. The functions of the software package are introduced, such as the 2-D finite element electromagnetic field calculation for a seven structure SRM, the nonlinear simulation of the ten power converter main circuits with four variable speed control strategies, and the display and printing of the pictures
