Abstract :
In order to solve the problem with the informatization in economically underdeveloped areas, which caused by the weakness of information technique infrastructure, the scarceness of informatization leading strategy and informatization talented person, the hardness evaluation of the implement effect of informatization, the 5W1H model is designed and some measures that the government should take to are provided in this paper. The main measures are that providing the advised opinion for the infrastructure of information technique, setting up the phased deployment plan, training the talent person in different ways, setting up the evaluation organization etc.. Through these measures, the government can contribute to the leader role and effectively solve the problem of the informatization in economically underdeveloped areas.
