Abstract
When a product development team of 400+ decided to embrace agility, have faster releases to market, improve continuous with a focus on quality, Lean was the obvious choice. The transformation began from all dimensions with every process being weighted as value or waste. Significant improvements that were done in planning, project structure, knowledge management and time to market are described in this paper. The challenges faced, lessons learnt and success stories are also included.
