Abstract
This paper presents three characteristic BBP-type formulae, the Bailey-Borwein-Plouffe formula, Bellard´s formula and the Adamchik-Wagon Formula. Since all of them deal with the individual digit extraction from the mathematical constant π, the algorithms are shown and the results of performance tests are discussed.
