Software projects quality management in the function of ERP system implementation

This paper presents the research of different aspects of software quality and the complex analysis of the impact on the project of implementation of sophisticated ERP solutions in Serbian enterprises through a detailed presentation of the characteristic companies´ results. Based on the study of relevant literature and researches in specific companies in Serbia which differ according to the type of activity, the production process and the ownership structure, the methodological aspects of the analysis of software projects quality through project management of ERP system are presented by using a questionnaire on a representative sample.
