Abstract
A brief survey of problems with superconductive memories is given. A discussion of the superconductive node-pair concept is presented. An explanation of the design and operation of a 4.3×109×32-b superconductive RAM that is fully accessed by 1280 decoded address lines is presented. A description of nonresistive accessing, which obviates the need for refreshing and may be suitable for future superconductive ROM circuits, is presented
