Abstract
The design, simulation, fabrication, and evaluation of a fiber optic digital signal receiver is discussed. The receiver recovers a four-level digitally encoded signal from a fiber optic channel through a photodiode. It is integrated on a very-high-frequency bipolar oxide-isolated process and operates at 200 M samples/s
