Abstract :
Based on the CCD drift scan camera, a small aperture optical telescope and related software control system, the system of synchronous satellite optical positioning, has a unique advantage for the geostationary satellite optical angle observation. The foundation of optical angle measuring system, by means of high precision astrometric catalog, can provide geostationary satellites high-precision angle measurement data. Using the system a number of geostationary satellites angle data were obtained, and we calculated these data to determine the sets of software control system reliability and initial accuracy of the orbit determination.
