Abstract :
Along the growth of internet traffic, the penetration of internet access from mobile user has been increased. By augmenting mobile data traffic, the mobile network capacity limits have become significant issues. To cope with the increased mobile user data to cellular radio networks, several offload approaches such as femtocells have been proposed. With regard to 3G core network offload, Selected IP Traffic Offload (SIPTO) scheme has been considered. In this paper, we offer new offload scheme for heterogeneous home mobile network services. As an offload result, we can operate the cost-effective network and optimize network resource by reducing user traffic to macro core networks.
