The paper describes the design of the architecture and software of county government decision support information network system, which can supply all kinds of information and help leaders make scientific decisions. The network is implemented in the form of a combination of LAN and WAN. The software includes three parts: DBMS, DSS and front end application system. Finally, a practical application is given
