Abstract
This article is concerned with the use of iterative methods for image reconstruction from projections in 3D cone beam emission tomography. It is aimed at the analysis of some of the parameters which likely play an important role in the accuracy of the results. These parameters are related to three stages of the global acquisition/reconstruction procedure; the tomographic data acquisition geometry, the sampling frequency of the projection data and the reconstruction algorithm
