Abstract
Local Government Gateway Websites are the windows of government facing to society, and they are the primary carrier of E-government affair. The performance level of local government gateway websites can be representation of E-government affair and the government at a certain extent. The text which designs a local government gateway website performance evaluation system with the cut-in point of website´s survey and assessment supply a flat roof for public to participate in local government performance evaluation.
