Abstract :
Traffic Emergency Command System is a vital part of City Emergency Command System. Besides, studies on the emergency processing procedures are the foundation of studying Emergency Command System. The thesis is going to introduce the concept of HTCPN, elaborating its advantages in Emergency Command System. The thesis gives a detailed explanation of HTCPN modeling procedures and has done simulation analysis on the instance model, analyzed its performance and running time, and detected its resource conflicts.
